It's my #1 recommendation if you're looking for a no download poker room.

- Go to Internet Explorer
- Tools ==> Internet Options
- Choose the Advanced tab
- Check that at least the third checkbox under Microsoft VM is marked
- If any other Java VM exists, such as Java (Sun) - like in the attached file - uncheck them.
- Close and reopen the browser.

PokerRoom is one of the world's largest and oldest online poker rooms.. The no download graphics are awesome-- nearly indistinguishable from their download version. Your player is even in 3D!  You can see the java Poker Room screenshot to the left. Poker Room offers all the typical poker games like Texas hold 'em, but they also offer Blackjack, Baccarat and now Chinese Poker. (Chinese Poker is only available on the no download java version! Most of the traffic at PokerRoom is concentrated in the hold 'em and tournament traffic section. One of the big pluses is that PokerRoom has tons of statistical information available-- probably the most in the industry. Plus they boast the ability to "Tag the Fish" with their software, which means you can color code the players based on their ability and strategies. PokerRoom is THE best choice if you need no download poker. Why? It's the easiest to use-- I never hear any complaints about people having problems getting it to work, It has awesome 3D graphics, which no other java poker room has, and its software has a lot of statistical information availabe and you can color code your fellow players to get the one up on your competitors! Hands down, the best no download poker room out there!

Party Poker is one of the worlds largest online poker rooms.  They were definitely the most popular room until they stopped accepting players from the USA. They are still holding their own and have one of the busiest poker networks online today. Party Poker is well know for having excellent tournaments and for giving away seats to the World Series of Poker. Their software is so easy to use and has excellent features, like their hand history feature. The java software is great, very crisp and clean looking. The play is smooth and fast!
